Use Familiar .NET APIs for Data-Parallel Computing on an In-Memory Data Grid

Check out this article in VisualStudio Magazine which explains how ScaleOut ComputeServer® extends the well-known Parallel ForEach API in .NET’s Task Parallel Library to run on an in-memory data grid. This exciting new capability takes advantage of a familiar API to transparently scale data-parallel computing across the grid. Called┬áDistributed ForEach, this API enables much larger data sets to be analyzed, takes full advantage of grid’s scalable processing power, and keeps data motion across the network to a minimum.
