Supporting our customers is our top priority. We are dedicated to fast response time for resolving questions or issues which arise with your use of ScaleOut Software's products. Please contact our support services to report any questions or problems related to our products. To ensure that your ScaleOut software is always up to date and has the latest enhancements we strongly suggest that you subscribe to our optional maintenance plan. Maintenance subscriptions are available for a one year term and provide you with many benefits. For more information see our support options.

From time-to-time we issue new releases. There are four types of releases:

  • new product releases,
  • major releases of existing products,
  • minor releases of existing products and
  • hot fixes.
